About Iowa State Home Inspections
Iowa State Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated home inspection company located in the greater Des Moines area. You will work directly with me, Dave Reynolds.
As I began working with different real estate agents and home buyers, I discovered that there was a definite need for a quality home inspector to serve the Iowa home buyer. Iowa State Home Inspection’s is independent and has no outside influences. We only work for you and your family. We follow the Standards of Practices set by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.nachi.org). - Although Iowa State does not require licensing, Dave Reynolds is New York State Licensed (Inspector #16000007660)
- Graduate of the Professional Career Development Institute School of Home Inspection
- We are Thorough, Professional, and follow the NACHI code of ethics for home inspection.
- Dave has built his own home and understands both new construction and older construction practices.
- We carry the necessary insurance set by The State of Iowa.
I encourage you to be present as I perform your home inspection. I would like you to see first hand what I see. Once I complete your home inspection, I will provide on site details of any concerns found.
